Title:
Implementation of Preventive Maintenance Using Reliability Availability Maintainability (RAM) Method

Abstract:
PT. Aneka Adhilogam Karya is a company engaged in metal casting, in the production process. The company uses 90% of the engine, but still applies a corrective maintenance system. This study aims to analyze the value of Reliability Availability and Mantainability on the Hoist machine, then provide suggestions for values that are not in accordance with existing standards in the company using the Reliability Availability and Maintainability (RAM) methods. This study also uses the Poisson Process method to determine component inventory for one year, and uses the Economic Order Quantity method to determine the number of orders for each order. The results of this study suggest a preventive maintenance interval to increase the reliability value of each Hoist engine component, and the proposed duration of repair of a Hoist engine component in case of damage.

Title:
Innovative Blood Pressure Assessor for Tracking Orthostatic Intolerance in Dengue

Abstract:
Postural measurement of blood pressure (BP) is performed to assess cardiac output with insufficient blood volume during orthostasis in dengue care and other disorders. Orthostatic diagnosis is practically obscure to differentiate the health state of individuals emphasizing the need for structural BP characterization. A semi-automated monitor was utilized to record BP in both standing and supine postures for 52 participants divided into three groups, 18 non-symptomatic control, 17 febrile dengue and 17 febrile non-dengue. Postural data of hemodynamic characteristics were processed as sag and surge indicators, also assumed as digits 0 and 1. Indicator variations of characteristics were progressively combined to form the orthostatic assessors BP3, BP4 and BP5. Characteristic associations were structurally significant for assessors (p < 0.05) capable of distinguishing diversified BP conditions. Additionally, the prediction outcome of assessors was fairly strong in detecting dengue (sensitivity, 88.2% with positive predictive value of 48.4%) but moderate in non-dengue (specificity, 54.3% with negative predictive value 90.5%). However, BP4 had its preference ranking individuals to healthy, conditional and severe segments with constructive sub-ranks and more BP details. The finding is noteworthy considering the procedure is noninvasive, simple, affordable, and conducted on a versatile disease having interrelated medical signs with other diseases. Moreover, the introduced ranking scheme can be an effective diagnostic technique for daily preventative care at home and clinics incorporating the simple BP monitor dependably in normal and ambulatory circumstances.

KaucherPy: interval package for Kaucher arithmetic

Abstract:
The paper presents the KaucherPy interval package developed in the Python language following the concepts of Kaucher’s interval arithmetic extension. Kaucher arithmetic introduces the concept of interval generalization allowing the use of improper or direct intervals. Few interval packages allow direct use of Kaucher arithmetic. Therefore, KaucherPy introduces Kaucher concepts with an open source package for scientific programming. All operations defined in Kaucher interval arithmetic and qualitative metrics for quality evaluation of interval result are available. KaucherPy was developed under IEEE guidelines allowing easy installation and guaranteeing results with high precision by the principles of interval arithmetic. The paper presents practical examples computed to demonstrate the operability and quality of the results offered by KaucherPy, also demonstrated the limitations of Kaucher arithmetic.

Abstract:
This article presents an integrated approach of mathematical techniques and various aspects of the medical diagnosis, which aims to provide an effective tool in the field of therapeutics. Abstract:
The problem of real-time sound perception opens up; transform the concept of contemplation, we denote here that the force goes astray. We fix the fact that movement in combination with tact is perfect. We confirm the principle of a strong pilot with a new race car moves into the next round. The value of this research is in understanding the purpose of the gnoseological search and the ontological conclusion of such a phenomenon as a car of the XXI century. New terms were not previously disclosed in philosophical texts, so the term “machine” united and replaced the many-valued meaning of mechanical structures. The main priority is put the vector of the research of the pilot pilots tournament.
