Abstract:
This study aims to quickly assess the effects of flood on agriculture that occurred in October 2020 in Ha Tinh province, Vietnam. The spatial extent of the flood was mapped using two Sentinel-1 SAR images which were acquired before and during the event. These images were pre-processed to reduce the effects of thermal noise, speckle, and geometric distortion. Image ratioing, one of the change detection methods, was applied to detect the appearance of floodwater. Thirty-two flood points were utilized to determine the threshold to separate floodwater and other land covers. The results revealed that there was 33912.3 ha of the total inundated area all over the district, accounting for 5.7% of the total natural area. Agriculture was severely damaged with 26099.6 ha of total submerged area, including 23559.4 ha of paddy rice, 2428.5 of annual crops, and 111.7 ha of perennial crops.

Abstract:
Eurycoma longifolia jack root is one of famous medicine, it has high medicinal value and can be applied to produce health food. This study was conducted to research some factors affecting on extraction of extracts from eurycoma longifolia jack root by distillation in water: Extraction temperature at 100oC, in 120 minutes with the ratio between solvent and material is 20/1 (mL/g) for the highest 9,10-dimethoxy canthin-6-one concentration of 13.9 mg/kg. Establishing the eurycoma longifolia jack root medicine extracts and evaluating the quality with the results meet food hygiene and safety standards prescribed by the Ministry of Health in Viet Nam.

Abstract:
The use of web technology currently plays a very important role in the optimization of processes, the fact that educational institutions implement them to improve their service will bring many benefits. The academic advising service within higher education universities gives the student the opportunity to acquire skills, which for some reason they could not acquire during class. In addition to preventing the student from dropping out. Some important points for the student to have a successful counseling is that he has a follow-up in his teaching-learning process and that this follow-up is always available for consultation and it is of the utmost importance that the advising teacher has technological tools that allow him to administer consulting and being able to provide this monitoring synchronously and asynchronously.

Abstract:
This research aimed to look into school-based instructional supervision in a few primary schools in the Birnin Kebbi Metropolitan Area. Three goals led the project. In this study, the researcher used a descriptive survey research approach. The population of the study was 320 primary schools in Birnin Kebbi Metropolis. The sample size was 15Headteachers and 305 teachers, selected using proportionate and random sampling procedures. The instrument for data collection was Analysis of School-Based Instructional Supervision on Primary School Pupils Academic Performance Questionnaire. Three research questions were formulated. The research questions were answered using mean and standard deviation. The major findings showed that Head teachers’ instructional supervision on checking teachers’ records of work had motivated teachers' to keep up to date record of work in primary schools; Head teachers' classroom visit has a great influence on pupils' academic performance; also, based on the findings, it was recommended that every head teacher should make it a duty to evaluate teaching facilities regularly. This will keep teachers abreast of their responsibilities at all times. For effective school-based instructional supervision, head teachers should ensure classroom visits regularly as a matter of importance. Checking teachers' records of work should be a regular activity by the head teachers; this will make both teachers and pupils sit- up properly.

Abstract:
Migration of people from rural areas to developing cities is one of the common matters of question seen nowadays. In such cases how one can utilize the land of hilly regions is the Main concept of this report. The reportspotlights on planning, designing and advanced construction in hilly regions. Problem statement during understanding the fundamental cause of planning we come to know that, in a number of cases due to inappropriate construction planning there occur numerous complications within a year or two. So, to rectify it this concept of well-planned designing is introduced. The planning includes the plotting of layouts, Drafting and modeling, Analysis &design. It seems quite easy to construct these buildings and other facilities around the hilly areas but in reality, it is not that simple. Due to high altitude, difficult terrain, steep gradient, adverse climatic conditions, rich flora, and proneness to natural hazards, this task becomes even more challenging. So, as to have the finest construction, qualitative research methods along with systematic details and analysis of data have been mentioned in this report. In this report we have aimed to plan a township that provide healthy atmosphere and that is connected with all other city facilities. Also, that it provides Aesthetics that doesn’t harm nature and reduce risks of landslides.

Abstract:
In recent days cerebral tumour has been recognized in the innovative test. Automatic distribution of cerebral images are an excellent method of reducing the weight of the manual names and increased the quality of cerebral tumour analysis. An imaginary Image (MRI) image has a mental vision of high-level spatial goals, and is an innovative tool used to analyse multiple dispersions and shape of the image in a timely manner. This document presented a trusted identification strategy based on CNN, which reduced administrators and errors. The Bilbao Neural Network (CNN) collected maps that are used to transform a flag or a picture. Image management systems, such as image changed, highlighting and nocturnal histograms which have been created to extract the tumour from MRI images of patients with disease. A false class was created to detect the diseases hundred best hundred. The whole frame work was divided into two stages from the beginning of the diseases hundred best hundred. The whole frame work was divided into two stages from the beginning, of the training/training phase and the recognition/ test phase. The purpose of the task was to identify and remove irregular tissues, using biochemical remarks. The peculiarities and affections of the techniques are evaluated and the accuracy is resolved. Effectiveness paarameters demonstrated significant shows that were useful for extracting tumours from MRI images.
