Abstract:
Natural fiber composites (NFCs) also termed as bio composites offer an alternative to the existing synthetic fiber composites, due to their advantages such as abundance in nature, relatively low cost, lightweight, high strength-to-weight ratio, and most importantly their environmental aspects such as biodegradability, renewability, recyclability, and sustainability. Researchers are investigating in depth the properties of NFC to identify their reliability and accessibility for being involved in aircrafts, automotive, marine, sports’ equipment, and other engineering fields. Modeling and simulation (M&S) of NFCs is a valuable method that contributes in enhancing the design and performance of natural fibers composite. Based on the recent and relevant investigations found in the scientific literature, an overview focused on the mechanical characteristics of composite materials reinforced with different types of natural fibers is presented such as banana and kenaf. The aim is to introduce the reader to the issues, exploring the actual knowledge of the tension, compression and mechanical characteristics of the composites under the influence of different operating loads and design and analysis of composite materials by using catia software, with the aim of highlighting the most appropriate future research directions to achieve a complete framework on the mechanical behavior of many possible natural fiber composite materials. The composites are added with the epoxy matrix and fibers such as kenaf and banana by taking properties of materials and placed in material library and add material in catia software by analyzing design of composite material objective are planned to evaluate its tension , compression and mechanical behavior of composite material.

Abstract:
In Europe, there are bioethanol storage depots, which are often subjected to Seveso Directive. Accidental bioethanol releases can become hazardous, because its evaporation from pool could generate potentially explosive atmospheres. In bioethanol storage depots, there are some components (flanges, valves, pumps, etc.), which can become potential emission sources in case of failure. In accordance with European Directive Atex 99/92/EC, the employer is obliged to identify and classify the workplaces, where potentially explosive mixtures may occur. The International Standard IEC EN 60079-10-1 is generally used to classify the hazardous areas due to the possible formation of explosive atmospheres. The Standard reports the parameters, which have to be determined in order to classify the zones (hazardous or non-hazardous). One of these parameters is the dilution degree, which is a measure of the ability of natural or artificial ventilation to dilute a release to a safe level (flammable compound concentration is below its lower flammability limit). In case of high-boiling flammable liquids release, such as bioethanol, this parameter is strongly dependent on evaporation rate, which is influenced by air velocity. The paper reports the results of bioethanol evaporation study from pool by a specific software, which is able to predict the trend of evaporation rate and pool size as function of time. With reference to evaporation from pool, the air velocity influence on evaporation rate has been investigated.

Abstract:
As an ancient civilization with a long history, China has many magical engineering technologies. We explore six examples of different sizes and types: Tomb of Han Dynasty in Guishan, Longyou Grottoes, Hanging Temple, Dujiangyan, Yuanyang Terraces, the Great Wall, and research their modern scientific significance. Dujiangyan and Yuanyang Terrace are the sustainable water conservancy projects beyond 2,200 and 1,400 years. The Great Wall is also an ancient and effective rapid information-intelligence transmission system.

Abstract:
The main aim of the project is about studying the difficulty in unloading the materials. Our survey in the regard in several automobile garages, revealed the facts that mostly some difficult methods were adopted in unloading the materials from the trailer. The trailer will unload the material in only one single direction. It is difficult to unload the materials in small compact streets and small roads. In our project these are rectified to unload the trailer in all three sides very easily. Now the project has mainly concentrated on this difficulty, and hence a suitable arrangement has been designed. Such that the vehicles can be unloaded from the trailer in three axes without application of any impact force. By pressing the Direction control valve activated. The compressed air is going to the pneumatic cylinder through valve. The ram of the pneumatic cylinder acts as a lifting the trailer cabin. The automobile engine drive is coupled to the compressor engine, so that it stores the compressed air when the vehicle running. This compressed air is used to activate the pneumatic cylinder, when the valve is activated.

Abstract:
Plastic was invented by Alexander Parkes in 1860. Plastics have become a crucible part in today’s world. Due to their light weight, durability, design flexibility, they are excessively used in industry as well as household and other fields The waste plastics are subjected to depolymerization, pyrolysis, catalytic cracking and fractional distillation to obtain different value-added fuels such as petrol, kerosene, and diesel. Our Project deals with the extraction of oil from the waste plastics termed as plastic pyrolyzed oil which can be marketed at much cheaper rates compared to that present in the market.
Pyrolysis process becomes an option of waste-to-energy technology to deliver bio-fuel to replace fossil fuel. The advantage of the pyrolysis process is its ability to handle unsort and dirty plastic. The pre-treatment of the material is easy. Plastic is needed to be sorted and dried. Pyrolysis is also nontoxic or non-environmental harmful emission unlike incineration. In this investigation, plastic waste (poly propylene) is utilized for pyrolysis to get fuel oil that has comparable physical properties as the energizes like petroleum, diesel and so on Converting waste plastics into fuel hold great promise for both the environmental and economic scenarios.

Abstract:
The hydraulic bending press is one of the most flexible machines on the market, allowing the fabricator or iron worker to shear, punch, bend, scroll, and press thousands of different parts. When considering industrial machinery, the hydraulic bending press is the perfect machine shop tool for the metal fabricator. The hydraulic pipe bending press fits any small to medium-sized industry when machinery for large-scale production must necessarily make way for machinery with distinctly lower production costs. The movement of lever is supplying pressurized oil to the hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic cylinder consists of piston and piston rod. The ram is fixed at the end of the hydraulic cylinder. The pressurized oil pusses the hydraulic cylinder piston upward due to oil pressure. Already the pipe is fixed at the die holder. The ram is striking the pipe forcefully, due to the movement of the hydraulic piston. The valve is activated.
