Abstract:
A stroke is a medical condition in which poor blood flow to the brain results in cell death. It is now a day a leading cause of death all over the world. Several risk factors believe to be related to the can.se of stroke has been found by inspecting the affected individuals. Using these risk factors, a number of works have been carried out for predicting the stroke diseases. Most of the models are based on data mining and machine learning algorithms. In this work, we have used five machine learning algorithms to detect the stroke that can possibly occur or occurred form a person’s physical state and medical report data. We have collected a good number of entries from the hospitals and use them to solve our problem. The classification result shows that the result is satisfactory and can be used in real time medical report. We believe that machine learning algorithms can help better understanding of diseases and can be a good healthcare companion.

Abstract:
"Everything in the cosmos can be created, remain stable, or be destroyed in a way that resembles spherical shape or/and spherical motion."
Everything is created and destroyed by the spherical shape, including the sun, moon, radio waves, sunlight, sound waves, pulsars, stars, black holes, and the universe. The spherical shape also led to the origin of all species on Earth. although stars, galaxies, planets, black holes, and other objects move in a round or spherical shape to provide stability to the planet. Everything that is destroyed in this universe does so in a spherical motion or/ in a spherical shape.

Abstract:
This work sought, based on theoretical basis, to identify the current stage of technological advance for the operational modernization of Brazilian ports. The methodology used in the elaboration of this scientific article adopted a qualitative approach, through a bibliographic review, consulting sixteen works related to the theme developed here. Based on the theoretical basis and analysis of the problem of the maritime-port sector developed here and, aiming to contribute to the improvement in the fulfillment of the important mission of the ship-port binomial, some recommendations were presented: Continuing the process of implementing new legislation, through the modernization of the sectors that have functional intervention in the maritime port area. Promote debates with the aim of discussing problems of the different bodies that are interfering with the efficiency of the system. Eliminate or reduce fees and tariffs levied on ship and port operations to minimize operating costs. Facilitate financing, through BNDES, to strengthen and renew the Merchant Marine. Qualify the port workforce. Encourage the logistics operator and use more frequently the maritime in the cabotage modality.

International Journal of Latest Engineering Research and Applications, pp 26 - 34, Vol 07 - No. 11, 2022
Abstract:
Image segmentation and stereo vision are crucial to many video processing applications, including object detection and recognition. The main problems of an image captured by the video camera results in excessive information, complex disparities, the significant change of the shape and appearance of regions. Therefore, a method to extract the foreground object image is needed. A real-time image segmentation method must be proposed to solve this problem. To do this work the followings are done. Firstly, the stereo-vision is calibrated to correct its intrinsic parameters and distortion parameters rightly. Secondly, real-time image segmentation is done by combining HSV color space, threshold, mathematical morphological transformation, and contour detection techniques to extract objects in a graph-based image. Thirdly, multi object detection of various common objects the object and fish object. Experiment results showed that real-time image segmentation of the proposed method had a good result. execution times of image segmentation and feature extraction in the real-time method were 23 milliseconds and 0.0019 millisecond, respectively.

Heuristics for Evaluating Artificial Intelligence: Appreciating Context in Modelling
Authors:
Ayse Kok Arslan
Source:
International Journal of Latest Engineering Research and Applications, pp 42 - 49, Vol 07 - No. 11, 2022
Abstract:
Often without realizing it, we might develop in our everyday life an unconscious heuristic approach to working with AI and with those tools that make use of AI. The aim of this article is to outline a framework for evaluating artificial intelligence- (AI-) based tools, without the need to understand computing languages such as Python or to have detailed technical knowledge of how they were developed. The study offers a framework for evaluating AI tools based on Long and Magerko‘s idea of AI literacy andargues that the human users may in some cases be better placed to evaluate the capabilities of a tool than the original developers due to a lack of appreciation of the context in which it would be used. Finally, the study recommends some heuristics for developing non-biased AI tools.

Abstract:
Education can be obtained by anyone, anywhere, and anytime without any difference in treatment. However, ineducationalinstitutions, students are required to study following thecurriculum that has been compiled and limited by time.By utilizing technologies such as apps, people can learn or search for information freelywithout being restricted.Flexone applicationgives users the freedom tolearn through discussions, classes, and consultations. This application was developed usingthe Flutter framework.Using this framework,it will make the applicationlookmore attractive. Theapplication performsthe same as the nativeapplication, and with only one codebase, it canrun the application on Android and IOS platforms. This Flex one application can help students ask questionsthat have not beenunderstood independently.Experts who open classes and consultations willalso be helped because they get additional income from it. That way, Flex one can be used as an alternative to learn or find information about a material.Hasil trialsof 20 users and 5 experts showed that 44% stronglyagreedand 40% agreed to the answers obtained as asked. In thesecondtrial, 48%stronglyagreed, and 40% agreed toease of learning. In thethirdtrial, 40% of experts strongly agreed, and 20%agreed that with this application, the expert earned additional income from consulting or classes.

International Journal of Latest Engineering Research and Applications, pp 59 - 67, Vol 07 - No. 11, 2022
Abstract:
On locality of south-west and west border of neogene coal basin in which there is SP Gracanica Gacko, was determined tectonic disturbance of the crack type terrain. Sliding of the material and water penetration from the Musnica river into the surface pit have happened on 19.03.2013. During the sliding of the terrain there was a fracture of the Musnica river bed and water penetration into the pit. In the goal of analysis of geotechnical and hydro geological characteristics of the disturbed locality and causes which have led to sliding of the terrain and water penetration into the pit,in october 2013. , geological researches have been executed. On south and south west slope of the field B, investigatory drilling and the reconnaissance of the terrain have been done, all in the goal of gathering the greater number of data for the analysis of the enineering-geological building of the terrain. By doing of geological research works, in the zone of sliding and in immediate zone of water penetration into the surface pit Gracanica, classification of the terrain by the degree of stability has been executed. Classification of the terrain by stability with the analysis of the accomplished results represent issues which the work deals with. Also, in the work will be given the review on new conceptional solution of the further exploitation of the coal, on which in certain measure impacted the sliding of the masses and creation of artificial accumulation, caused by penetration of the Musnica river with the Gracanica into the surface pit.

International Journal of Latest Engineering Research and Applications, pp 68 - 78, Vol 07 - No. 11, 2022
Abstract:
The investigation communicated in this study features the mechanism of heat distribution in stagnation-point flow of hydromagnetic Jeffery fluid conveying tiny nanoparticles along a porous expanding sheet. The formulated mathematical model is made of two dimensional permeable sheet which is convectively heated alongside the impacts of nonlinear thermal radiation together with ex ternal magnetic field. The transformation of the model equations from partial to ordinary derivatives is actualized by similarity techniques and thereafter a numerical approach via shooting procedures accompanied with Runge-Kutta-Fehlberg scheme is applied to provide solutions to the transmuted equations. Efforts were made to scrutinize the impacts of the emerging physical quantities on the non-dimensional factors, skin frictional factor as well as heat transfer mechanism via various graphs. A strong positive correlation occurs in the results obtained in the present results and existing data in literature in the limiting condition. The outcomes of the analysis indicate a depletion of temperature profiles for higher Deborah number whereas the thermal field escalates with magnetic field, surface convection and thermal radiation terms. Heat transfer mechanism across the surface dimin ishes with thermophoretic and brownian motion terms but stretching parameter, surface convection term and Prandtl number boost the heat transfer.
