Abstract:
Traffic congestion is one of the most difficult problems of most major cities in the world. To minimize traffic congestion, it is important to analyse traffic data to show real-time congestion locations or where congestion is frequent or short-term traffic volume forecasting. However, the traffic data is very large and complex. This requires a reasonable method of analysing such complex datasets to obtain the desired results. At present, there is not many articles mentioning the integration of data mining techniques to solve the problem of traffic congestion. Therefore, in this study, data mining techniques were integrated to investigate the traffic data in some main arterial roads in Hai Phong District, Vietnam as a case study. The results confirm the potential for integrating data mining techniques in analysing complex traffic datasets so that more reasonable recommendations can be made to solve the traffic problems. This study helps traffic managers have more tools to manage and control the traffic system effectively and reasonably. This is also the first study about this issue in Vietnam, so the contribution of the article will help the traffic authorities easily solve this problem not only in Hai Phong City but also in other cities.

Abstract:
Most of the gold mining plants in Ecuador are in the south of the country. Gold extraction processes use large amounts of cyanide and produce industrial wastewater that is discharged into the rivers. These discharges are loaded with cyanide, which is very reactive and easily forms bonds with a wide variety of chemical elements and heavy metals forming different cyanide species. This study aims to simulate the speciation of cyanide in the effluents from small-scale gold mining in Southern Ecuador to analyze these species as potential water pollutants. Visual MINTEQ simulated the speciation models with temperature, pH, and cyanide concentrations, copper, arsenic, iron, and aluminum as input data. Species like CN-, HCN(aq), and Cu(CN)2 complex are formed in the tailings effluent. This research concludes that the metal-cyanide complexes formed in the study sites are weak complexes that can release free cyanide in acid conditions, becoming dangerous for the environment. The development of future research that incorporates variables such as conductivity, temperature, and redox potential will lead to an accurate assessment of the cyanide impact on the water quality of the rivers, on people who are supplied with this water source, and on the mining workers health.

Sustainable Organizational Leadership: Forming a Sustainable Education System
Authors:

International Journal of Latest Engineering Research and Applications, pp 19 - 27, Vol 07 - No. 04, 2022
Abstract:
This is a bibliographic research study that looks into the topics of management and leadership in relation to sustainable development with a special reference to education. First, there is reference to the, not so straightforward, definition of sustainable development as well as to the prerequisites for its realization with an emphasis on the role of organizational infrastructure and leadership. Then, the organization theory as well as the management and leadership literature especially in relation to change are analyzed. Next, there is a focus on the changing face of leadership in the 21st century and more particularly the ways certain leadership theorists describe leadership that fosters sustainable development. Finally, it is discussed how sustainable development principles can apply to educational leadership contexts.

International Journal of Latest Engineering Research and Applications, pp 25 - 35, Vol 07 - No. 04, 2022
Abstract:
Our study present the production process for biodegradable liquid from the fruit of Sapindus Saponaria which have the standards of dishwashing soap. The three processes are carried out: traditional methods, surface active agent (SAA), fermented vinegar with the fruit of Sapindus saponaria. This study could give more options for producers. The traditional bio-dishwashing liquid from the fruit of Sapindus saponaria have a content of 10.10% surfactant with a ratio material: water 1: 4 (m/v, g/ml), and a shelf life of 8 days. From the traditional product, supplement the surfactant (vinegar) to increase the content of SAA, extend the shelf life (10 days). The method of fermentation of vinegar and Sapindus achieved high yield of 22.2% in fermentation at 32oC, 72h. Preservation time of this product at the time of research reached six months.

Abstract:
One of the most substantial areas of research in VLSI is the design of power-efficient and high-speed data path logic systems. The speed of addition is constrained in digital adders by the time taken to propagate a carry through the adder. When the previous bit has been added and the carry generated from this addition is propagated onto the next bit, the sum for each bit in an elementary adder is generated sequentially in this manner. In several computer systems, the Carry Select Adder (CSLA) is used to mitigate the issue of carry propagation delay by generating multiple carry bits and then selecting a carry for the desired output. The CSLA, however, is not area-efficient since it utilizes several Ripple Carry Adders (RCA) pairs to produce partial sum and carry by considering carry data, and then multiplexers pick the final sum and carry (mux). The core concept of this study is to use the Binary to Excess-1 Converter (BEC) to achieve high speed and low-power consumption instead of the RCA in the regular CSLA. The results have been analyzed and compared for implementation of three adders (conventional CSA, CSA with RCA, CSA with BEC). The results from the performance evaluations of the adders are compared with each other. All the simulation is carried out in 45nmtechnology.ThedelayofCSAandCSAwithRCA are same, but the main difference is in reduction of area and power. Similarly when CSA (BEC) and CSA(RCA) are compared, the area has been reduced by approximately 18.67% and power has been reduced by 25.85%.

Abstract:
With the rapid development of the Internet and The Internet of Things (IoTs), various convenient service applications are being used in various fields. In recent years, weather forecast and air quality monitoring plays a vital role in the modern era as agricultural and industrial sectors are principally dependent on environment parameters. The proposed system is an intelligent service platform that is based on a wireless sensor network and LoRa communication technology. The proposed system uses LoRa as a network transmission interface to solve problem of communication failure and save energy as most of the wireless communication technologies have a high-power consumption and short transmission distances therefore it doesn’t meet the requirement of IoT applications for communication. Consequently, LoRa technology has been proposed. It is battery-powered and operates for several years without the need for a battery replacement, so it can be used in outdoors. We use several temperature, gaseous and meteorological sensors (MQ-2 &MQ-135) which are interfaced to the Arduino board that monitors changes in the physical world and the information collected is send to an Arduino Uno for pre-processing. Arduino Uno uses LoRa communication components for information exchange and the data is stored in the cloud server i.e., Thing Speak so the user can see the real time data and its changes with the help of a smart phone or a PC connected to the internet.
